Terms and Conditions

By hiring Kenny’s Tree Removal, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer is responsible for identifying and marking all underground utilities and systems, including but not limited to:

    • Septic tanks and lines

    • Irrigation systems

    • Electrical wires

    • Water, gas, or sewer lines

  • Kenny’s Tree Removal is not liable for damage to any unmarked or undisclosed underground systems.

  • If you are unsure of locations, we recommend contacting 811 (“Call Before You Dig”) prior to our arrival.

2. Property Access

  • Customer must provide clear access to work areas. If obstacles (vehicles, gates, fences) prevent safe entry, additional charges may apply.

  • While we use care, heavy equipment may cause ruts or indentations on lawns or gravel areas. We are not responsible for minor cosmetic damage due to necessary access.

3. Septic Systems & Driveways

  • Unless discussed in writing prior to work, Kenny’s Tree Removal is not responsible for:

    • Cracking or collapse of septic tanks, lids, or drain fields

    • Cracks, chips, or sinkage of driveways, sidewalks, or pavers from truck or equipment weight

  • Customers agree not to direct us to drive over areas that may be compromised or weight-sensitive unless they accept full liability.

4. Job Terms

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.

  • Payment is due in full at job completion unless otherwise stated.

  • A 3% convenience fee applies to all card payments.

  • Unpaid balances past 7 days may incur a 5% late fee and collection follow-up.

5. Cancellations & Weather

  • Jobs canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Weather delays will be communicated and rescheduled promptly for safety.
